Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your location. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

You may use a guest account or sign in through a supported provider. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, for information submitted through your account, and for activity occurring under it. Do not sell, transfer, share, or provide unauthorized access to your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Service description

The Service provides Jackaroo gameplay, matchmaking, private rooms, rankings, tasks, rewards, virtual items, social or sharing features, and related content. Features may differ by platform, region, account, or app version. An internet connection may be required, and you are responsible for any carrier or internet charges.

Game rules, scoring, rewards, availability, and balancing may change as we improve the Service, maintain fairness, or address technical and security needs.

Coins, virtual items, and purchases

The Service may include virtual coins, cosmetic items, rewards, and other digital content (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred, traded, or sold outside features expressly provided by the Service.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the store's terms. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, and billing are handled under the applicable store rules and law. Except where required by law or platform policy, completed digital-content purchases are final. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not create a right to a refund.

We may manage, regulate, modify, or discontinue Virtual Items when reasonably necessary for operation, security, legal compliance, or game balance. We will not intentionally remove paid Virtual Items without a legitimate reason and will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, collude, manipulate matches or rankings, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, bots, scripts, modified clients, or other unfair methods;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or abuse another person, or submit unlawful, hateful, obscene, or infringing content;
• reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with the Service, overload our systems, probe vulnerabilities, or access accounts, servers, or APIs without authorization;
• buy, sell, transfer, or commercially exploit accounts, Virtual Items, or any part of the Service except where we expressly allow it;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law, sanction, regulation, or third-party right.

User content

You may provide profile images, names, feedback, reports, or other content ("User Content"). You retain any rights you hold in your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or operational risk.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, game design, interface, artwork, characters, graphics, audio, text, logos, and other assets, is owned by or licensed to CatPaw Jackaroo and its rights holders. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Service or its assets unless permitted by law or by our written authorization.

Updates, suspension, and termination

We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or content to maintain, secure, improve, or comply with legal requirements for the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, engage in fraud, or when required by law. Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may permanently delete your account from the account page in the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and accrued payment obligations—will continue to apply.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Service.

Third-party services

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including Apple, Google, Firebase, cloud storage, app stores, and sharing tools. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, or that game progress or content will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the latest version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
